Terms and conditions "Copa America Tickets – Black Users"

1. General conditions:

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") regulate the way of participating for the Copa America Tickets - Black (the "Promotion"). All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms (https://astropay.com/terms-conditions/?lang=en)

This Promotion will be valid from May 13th, 2024, until June 9th, 2024, inclusive (the "Term").

2. Eligible User

User means any person older than 18 years old who has passed the KYC process and has an AstroPay Account in his/her name.

"Black Level Users": Users who has met the requirements of the Black Level Users as defined in AstroPay's Black Level Users Program.

"Eligible User" refers to Black Level Users who: (i) have received a WhatsApp message from AstroPay and (ii) hold AstroPay's Card (the "Card") and have performed a purchase during the Term.

3. Promotion Conditions

The 2 Eligible Users who spend the highest total amount with their Card during the Term will win a ticket for the match Argentina vs. Perú, on June 29th, 2024.

The purchases must be non-refundable and cannot be canceled ("Eligible Purchases").

AstroPay reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the Promotion at any time without notice.

4. Promotion mechanics

The 2 Eligible Users who spend the highest total amount with their Card during the Term will be the 2 winners (the "Winners").

Each Winner will win 1 general admission ticket for match Argentina vs. Perú, on June 29th, 2024 (the "Prize"). The Prize also includes a round-trip flight to Miami in economic class from the airport detailed in AstroPay's communication, hotel accommodation and medical insurance.

The Prize does not include costs associated with arriving at the airport, nor any meals. Immigration costs, passport costs, and/or visa costs are not included.

The Winners will be announced through WhatsApp message, email and push notification during the next 48 hours from the end of the Term and will have to claim the Prize within twenty-four (24) hours from the announcement. Within these twenty-four (24) hours, the Winners will have to confirm and send a valid proof that they have a passport and/or tourist visa to enter the United States. If a Winner fails to claim and/or confirm this, the Prize will be awarded to the Eligible User with the next highest total amount of transactions made and so on.

The Prize is non-transferable; in case of not complying with the passport or visa requirements, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

The Winners agrees that AstroPay may use his/her image and the image of his/her companion for multimedia content that will be uploaded to AstroPay's social networks.

If the Eligible User does not make a purchase during the Term, the Promotion expires.

We only use our official channels (email mentioned before) to contact our users. AstroPay will never request passwords or credit card information.

6. AstroPay's Rights

AstroPay has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the date they are published.

If these Terms and Conditions were changed, the User would receive an acknowledgement in their registered email. They may express their refusal. If AstroPay does not receive any refusals in a month, the new terms will be applied.

This Promotion is bound by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
