Terms and conditions “VIP Cashback and Raffle I”

1. General conditions:

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the way of participating for the VIP Cashback and Raffle I promotion (the “Promotion”). All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms (https://www.astropay.com/terms-conditions)

This Promotion is valid from November 4, 2024, until November 5, 2024, inclusive (the “Term”).

“Wallet”: means AstroPay virtual wallet. 

2. Eligible User

“User” means any person older than 18 years old who has passed the KYC process and has an AstroPay Account in his/her name.

“Black Level Users” refers to users who have met the requirements of the Black Level Users as defined in the Black Level Users Program in the following link: https://www.astropay.com/post/loyalty-program---terms-and-conditions 

“Eligible User” refers to Black Level Users who have received an email, push notification, or WhatsApp message with the Promotion from AstroPay during the Term. 

3. Promotion conditions

Eligible Users will receive a 10% (ten percent) cashback (the “Cashback”) on all deposits made with Wallet funds at the identified merchant in AstroPay’s communication during the Term, provided the first deposit is a minimum of U$S 42 (forty-two American dollars) or the equivalent in local currency.

The Cashback will be up to a total of US$ 20 (twenty American dollars) or the equivalent in their local currency per Eligible User during the Term. 

The Promotion will be limited up to 250 Eligible Users during the Term. 

Eligible Users will earn 1 (one) entry (“Chance”) to participate in a raffle for every U$S 17 (seventeen American dollars) or the equivalent in local currency deposited with Wallet funds at the identified merchant in AstroPay’s communication during the Term. 

The raffle will award a total of 5 (five) official Argentine national team shirts, with each shirt going to a separate winner. The raffle will take place on Friday, November 8th, 2024. Winners will be selected at random and notified via the contact details associated with their AstroPay account.

We only use our official channels (email mentioned before) to contact our users. AstroPay will never request passwords or credit card information.

Any questions about privacy may be consulted on AstroPay’s website. 

5. AstroPay’s Rights

AstroPay has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the date they are published.

If these Terms and Conditions were changed, the User would receive an acknowledgement in their registered email. They may express their refusal. If AstroPay does not receive any refusals in a month, the new terms will be applied.

This Promotion is bound by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
