Terms and conditions “Christmas Cashback”

‍1. General conditions:‍

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the way of participating for the “Christmas Cashback” promotion (the “Promotion”). All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms (https://www.astropay.com/terms-and-conditions) 

This Promotion will be valid from December 20th, 2024, until December 24th, 2024, inclusive (the “Term”).

2. Eligible User

User means any person older than 18 years old who has passed the KYC process and has an AstroPay Account in his/her name.

“Eligible User” refers to Users who have received an e-mail, push notification and/or in app-notification with the Promotion from AstroPay during the Term and have performed a purchase.

Once the purchase is performed, the Eligible User will be awarded with a cashback (the “Cashback”) and the funds will be deposited in the Eligible Users’ AstroPay Wallet (the “Wallet”).   

3. Promotion Conditions

^‍Eligible Users will be awarded a cashback if they make a purchase using the AstroCard or AstroCard Global in a physical store, including through Apple Pay and Google Pay. The card eligible for this Promotion may vary depending on the country where the purchase is made.

Each Eligible User will be awarded a 15% (fifteen percent) of the purchase amount, up to a maximum of U$S 20 (twenty American Dollars) or the equivalent in the Eligible Users’ local currency, and the funds will be deposited in the Eligible Users’ Wallet.

This Promotion is not combinable with other benefits.

5. AstroPay’s Rights

AstroPay has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the date they are published.

If these Terms and Conditions were changed, the User would receive an acknowledgement in their registered email. They may express their refusal. If AstroPay does not receive any refusals in a month, the new terms will be applied.

This Promotion is bound by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
