Terms and conditions “Black Friday”

1. General conditions:

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the way of participating for the “Black Friday” promotion (the “Promotion”). All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms (https://www.astropay.com/terms-and-conditions) 

This Promotion will be valid from November 29th, 2024, until December 5th, 2024, inclusive (the “Term”).

2. Eligible User

User means any person older than 18 years old who has passed the KYC process and has an AstroPay Account in his/her name.

“Eligible User” refers to Users who have received an e-mail, push notification and/or in app-notification with the Promotion from AstroPay during the Term and have performed a purchase.

Once the purchase is performed, the Eligible User will be awarded with a cashback (the “Cashback”) and the funds will be deposited in the Eligible Users’ AstroPay Wallet (the “Wallet”).  

3. Promotion Conditions

Eligible Users will be awarded a cashback if they make a purchase using any of the AstroPay Cards in a physical store, including through Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Each Eligible User will be awarded a 10% (ten percent) of the purchase amount, up to a maximum of U$S 45 (forty-five American Dollars) or the equivalent in the Eligible Users’ local currency, and the funds will be deposited in the Eligible Users’ Wallet.

This Promotion is not combinable with other benefits. 

4. Promotion mechanics for user with most transactions

The three Eligible Users who makes the most transactions with their AstroPay Card during the Term will be winners of a special prize (the “Winner/s”). 

The 1st place Winner will receive a deposit of U$S 500 (five hundred dollars) into their Wallet. The 2nd place Winner will receive a deposit of U$S 300 (three hundred dollars) into their Wallet. The 3rd place Winner will receive a deposit of U$S 200 (two hundred dollars) into their Wallet.

The Winner/s will be announced through an in-app message during the next 48 hours from the end of the Term.

We only use our official channels (email mentioned before) to contact our users. AstroPay will never request passwords or credit card information.

Any questions about privacy may be consulted on this website .

6. AstroPay’s Rights

AstroPay has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the date they are published.

If these Terms and Conditions were changed, the User would receive an acknowledgement in their registered email. They may express their refusal. If AstroPay does not receive any refusals in a month, the new terms will be applied.

This Promotion is bound by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
