Our team worked diligently to resolve the problem, and full service was restored at 21:00 GMT.
We understand how important it is for you to have seamless access to your account, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are implementing additional safeguards to prevent such issues in the future. We reassure that no accounts were accessed and all funds at AstroPay are safe. This issue was limited to a temporary unavailability of our services.
