These terms define and regulate how you qualify and participate for the Meet and Greet experience (“The experience”) with Wolves Players.

Valid for Europe only.
Valid one time per user.
Maximum transaction amount: GBP 75.
Maximum cashback amount: GBP 10.
Valid only for membership purchases.

This campaign will end on May 9th, 2023 (“The date”). The day will be considered to start at 00 hours and will end at 23.59 hours UK time.

All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.

The eligible clients will be those who*

1- Have an existing Astropay account in his/her name

2- Have activated the debit card anytime before the date.

3- Are United Kingdom residents

Employees of AstroPay Limited and Wolverhampton Wanderers or any of its affiliates, each of their families or agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition are excluded from this campaign.

10 (ten) winners will be chosen by random draw on 10th May 2023 (UK time). 

The winner will be contacted by email through team@info.astropay.com and also by SMS on May 10th, 2023. If the winner does not respond to AstroPay within 24 hours of being notified that they have won (“The notification”), then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and AstroPay will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

Entries received after 24 hours of the notification will not be considered.

The winner will receive an invite to attend a Player Meet & Greet at Molineux Stadium (Waterloo Rd Wolverhampton WV1 4QR, United Kingdom) on 23rd May 2023 at approximately 2.00pm.

(a) The appearance will feature 3 (three) Men’s Senior Team players. Winners will be able to participate in a Q&A and signing session with players. 

(b) Winners will be able to bring up to 2 items to be signed. 

(c) Travel, accommodation and means of arrival to the stadium are not included.

(d). Every winner may bring a plus one to share the experience. The benefits will be the same as for the winners.

Winners are fully responsible for their companion.

*Disclaimers:  No alternative date can be offered if the winner is not able to attend this date.

The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

Miscellaneous

AstroPay reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

AstroPay reserves the right to choose another candidate if the one selected is suspected of committing fraud or if the client’s account has been suspended because of fraud or abusive use.

Astropay only uses official channels (either the email mentioned above or support@astropay.com) to contact users. Astropay will never request passwords or credit card information.

This competition is organized and administered by AstroPay, in association with Wolverhampton Wanderers (Wolves). The Wolves may also promote this campaign.

By participating in this promotion it is understood that the User understands and agrees to all of the terms described above.
