Terms and Conditions for Copa America - Card Cashback 1

1. General conditions:

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the way of participating for the Copa America - Card Cashback 1 promotion (the “Promotion”). All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms in AstroPay’s website.

This Promotion will be valid from June 20th, 2024 until July 14th, 2024 inclusive (the “Term”).

“Wallet”: means AstroPay wallet.

2. Eligible User

User means any person older than 18 years old who has passed the KYC process and has an AstroPay Account in his/her name.

“Eligible User” refers to Users who have received a communication with the Promotion from AstroPay during the Term and have performed a purchase.

Once the purchase is performed, the Eligible User will receive a cashback (the “Cashback”) and the funds will be deposited in the Eligible Users’ AstroPay Wallet.  

3. Cashback Conditions

Eligible Users will receive a cashback if they make a purchase using the Mastercard Astropay Card in one of the merchants identified in the AstroPay communication.

This Promotion is not combinable with other benefits.

(i) Supermarkets:

The Promotion will be limited to 2000 Eligible Users per merchant and will apply one time per Eligible User.

Each Eligible User will receive a 20% (twenty percent) of the purchase amount, up to a maximum of U$S 5 (five American Dollars) per month or the equivalent in the Eligible Users’ local currency, and the funds will be deposited in the Eligible Users’ Wallet.

In order to receive the Cashback, each Eligible User will have to perform at least one purchase of U$S 1 (one American dollars) in the identified companies in the AstroPay’s communication received.

The Cashback will be credited in the Eligible Users’ Wallet within 24 hours from the purchase.

4. Campaign mechanics

The Eligible User has to make the purchase in one of the identified merchants during Term in order to receive the cashback.

If the Eligible User does not make a purchase during the Term, the Promotion expires.

We only use our official channels (email mentioned before) to contact our users. AstroPay will never request passwords or credit card information.

Any questions about privacy may be consulted on AstroPay’s website.

6. AstroPay’s Rights

AstroPay has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the date they are published.

If these Terms and Conditions were changed, the User would receive an acknowledgement in their registered email. They may express their refusal. If AstroPay does not receive any refusals in a month, the new terms will be applied.

This Promotion is bound by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the England and Wales.
