Terms and Conditions for Booking AstroPoints

Terms and conditions "Booking AstroPoints":

1. General conditions:

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") regulate the way of participating for the Booking AstroPoints (the "Promotion"). All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms (https://astropay.com/terms-conditions/?lang=en)

This Promotion will be valid from June 21, 2024, until July 5, 2024 (the "Term").

"App" means AstroPay application.

"AstroPoints" mean the fictional points generated by AstroPay in the context of AstroPay's Loyalty Program, that may be consulted on this website.

2. Eligible User:

"User" means any person older than 18 years old who has passed the KYC process and has an AstroPay Account in his/her name.

"Eligible User" refers to Users who (i) have received a communication with the Promotion from AstroPay during the Term and (ii) hold the AstroPay Card during the Term.

3. Promotion Conditions & Mechanics

Eligible Users will be rewarded with 50.000 (fifty thousand) AstroPoints after using the AstroPay Card to book a stay in Booking.com, as established in the received communication.

Eligible Users will be rewarded with 100.000 (one hundred thousand) AstroPoints once the stay which was booked using the AstroPay Card in Booking.com is completed, as established in the received communication.

To qualify for the AstroPoints reward, the payment for the stay using the AstroPay Card must be a minimum of 5 USD (five United States dollars)

The Promotion will be limited up to a total of 250 Eligible Users and will apply one time per Eligible User.

This Promotion is not combinable with other benefits.

We only use our official channels (email mentioned before) to contact our users. AstroPay will never request passwords or credit card information.

Any questions about privacy may be consulted on AstroPay's website.  

5. AstroPay's Rights

AstroPay has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the date they are published.

If these Terms and Conditions were changed, the User would receive an acknowledgement in their registered email. They may express their refusal. If AstroPay does not receive any refusals in a month, the new terms will be applied.

This Promotion is bound by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
