Terms and conditions “Argentina Shirt Raffle”

1. General conditions:

These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the way of participating for the Argentina Shirt Raffle (the “Promotion”). All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms (https://astropay.com/terms-conditions)

This Promotion will be valid from July 23rd, 2024, until August 31st, 2024, inclusive (the “Term”).

2. Eligible User

“User” means any person older than 18 years old who has passed the KYC process and has an AstroPay Account in his/her name.

“Eligible User” refers to Users who (i) have received a communication with Promotion from AstroPay and (ii) has exchanged AstroPoints for Raffle Chances in the AstroPay App.

Eligible Users can earn one ticket to participate in the Raffle (the “Raffle”), once they exchange AstroPoints for Raffle Chances in the AstroPay App.

3. Promotion Conditions

Eligible Users will be able to buy Raffle Chances with their earned AstroPoints in the AstroPay app during the Term.

Eligible Users can acquire an unlimited number of Raffle Chances. For each Raffle Chance acquired, they will have one more chance of winning the Prize. The Raffle Chances can be acquired at the following rates:

- 1 chance = 1800 Astropoints

- 5 chances = 8550 Astropoints (1710 each)

- 10 chances = 16200 Astropoints (1620 each)

The Prize will be limited to 5 (the “Winners”) and each of the Winners can only win once during the Term. The Prize for each of the Winners will be an official Argentinian Football Team Shirt.

The Winners will be selected through a programming language algorithm which will consider the Eligible Users’ who meet the eligibility requirements of these Terms and Conditions and will be announced on September 1st, 2024, through AstroPay’s official channels.

The Prize must be claimed within 24 hours of the announcement. If unclaimed within this period, the Prize will expire.

This Promotion is not combinable with other benefits.

We only use our official channels (email mentioned before) to contact our users. AstroPay will never request passwords or credit card information.

Any questions about privacy may be consulted on AstroPay’s website.

5. AstroPay’s Rights

AstroPay has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the date they are published.

If these Terms and Conditions were changed, the User would receive an acknowledgement in their registered email. They may express their refusal. If AstroPay does not receive any refusals in a month, the new terms will be applied.

This Promotion is bound by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
