Terms and conditions "Card Cashback June"

1. General conditions:

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") regulate the way of participating for the "Card Cashback June" (the "Promotion"). All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms (https://astropay.com/terms-conditions)

This Promotion will be valid from June 12th, 2024, until June 22nd, 2024 (the "Term").

"App" means AstroPay application.

"Wallet": means AstroPay wallet.

2. Eligible User:

"User" means any person older than 18 years old who has passed the KYC process and has an AstroPay Account in his/her name.

"Eligible User" refers to Users who (i) have received a communication with the Promotion from AstroPay during the Term and (ii) request the AstroPay Card during the Term.

3. Promotion Conditions:

Eligible Users will receive a 25% (twenty five percent) cashback (the "Cashback") in their Wallet for the first purchase they make with the AstroPay Card during the Term. The maximum amount of the Cashback will be the one determined in the communication received by the Eligible User.

The Promotion will apply one time per Eligible User.

This Promotion is not combinable with other benefits.

We only use our official channels to contact our users. AstroPay will never request passwords or credit card information.

Any questions about privacy may be consulted on AstroPay website.

5. AstroPay's Rights:

AstroPay has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the date they are published.

If these Terms and Conditions were changed, the User would receive an acknowledgement in their registered email. They may express their refusal. If AstroPay does not receive any refusals in a month, the new terms will be applied.

This Promotion is bound by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the England and Wales.
