Terms and conditions “VIP Lottery”:

‍1. General conditions

‍These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the way of participating for the VIP Lottery (the “Promotion”). All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General TermsThis Promotion will be valid from May 8th, 2024 until May 23rd, 2024 inclusive (the “Term”).“Wallet”: means AstroPay virtual wallet.

‍2. Eligible User

‍“User” means any person older than 18 years old who has passed the KYC process and has an AstroPay Account in his/her name.“Black Level Users” refers to users who have met the requirements of the Black Level Users as defined in the Black Level Users Program in the following link: https://astropay.com/promos-terms-conditions/

‍“Eligible User” refers to Black Level Users who have received an email, push notification, InApp message or WhatsApp message with the Promotion from AstroPay during the Term.

Eligible Users can earn one ticket to participate in the lottery (the “Lottery”), once they perform a purchase with their Astropay Card or perform a deposit with their Wallet funds on an Astropay merchant and they will have the opportunity to win the Lottery prize (the “Prize”).

‍3. Promotion Conditions

‍Eligible Users will earn one Lottery ticket if they spend at least US$25.00 (twenty-five American dollars) or the equivalent in their local currency on Eligible Transactions using their Astropay Card during the Term, or if they perform a deposit of at least US$ 25 (twenty-five American dollars) or the equivalent in their local currency with their Wallet funds in any AstroPay merchant during the Term.

In order to be eligible transactions (“Eligible Transactions”), the amount spent to earn the Lottery ticket cannot be canceled or refunded.

The Prize will be limited to 3 Winners (the “Winners”) and each Winner can only win once during the Term. This Promotion is not combinable with other benefits.

‍4. Promotion mechanics

‍Eligible Users will earn one Lottery ticket if they spend at least US$ 25 (twenty-five American dollars) or the equivalent in their local currency on Eligible Transactions using their Astropay Card during the Term, or if they perform a deposit of at least US$ 25 (twenty-five American dollars) or the equivalent in their local currency with their Wallet funds in any AstroPay merchant during the Term. The number of Lottery tickets will be calculated based on the total cumulative Eligible Transactions during the Term.The Prize for each of the Winners is a match ticket for River vs. Deportivo Táchira on May 30th, 2024.

The Winners will be selected through a programming language algorithm which will consider the Eligible Users’ who meet the eligibility requirements of these Terms and Conditions and will be announced on the May 23th, 2024, through Astropay’s Instagram.

The Prize has to be claimed before May 25th, 2024, upon expiration after this date.If the Eligible User does not execute an Eligible Transaction during the Term, the Promotion expires.

By accepting the prize, winners grant Astropay the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken of them or by them during or in connection with the event, for promotional purposes on various media platforms including, but not limited to, social media, without further compensation or notice.

‍6. AstroPay’s Rights

‍AstroPay has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the date they are published.If these Terms and Conditions were changed, the User would receive an acknowledgement in their registered email. They may express their refusal. If AstroPay does not receive any refusals in a month, the new terms will be applied.This Promotion is bound by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
